What is a tech stack audit?
It's a full inventory of the technology your business runs on - network, servers, cloud, endpoints, backups, software subscriptions, telecom circuits, and support contracts - matched against what each piece costs and whether anyone actually uses it. You end up with one document showing what you own, what you pay, where two tools do the same job, and what to fix first.
What does a tech stack audit cost?
Nothing. Providers in our network pay us when you choose them, so the audit, the vendor comparisons, and the negotiation are funded on their side. There's no fee, no retainer, and no obligation to buy anything at the end. Our paid work is separate: AI assessments start at $2,500.
How long does an IT stack audit take?
Two to three weeks for most companies between 20 and 250 employees. Week one is discovery and document collection, week two is analysis and vendor pricing, and we present findings in week three. Faster if you already have your contracts in one place.
What do we actually receive at the end?
A written inventory of systems and vendors with renewal dates, a list of overlapping or dormant spend with dollar amounts attached, a ranked 90-day action plan with owners, and side-by-side provider options at negotiated pricing if replacing anything makes sense.
Do you do tech stack audits for nonprofits?
Yes, and it's some of our favorite work. Nonprofits usually carry donated licenses, grant-funded tools, and legacy systems nobody owns, which is exactly where duplicate spend hides. We also flag the nonprofit pricing tiers vendors rarely volunteer.
Are you going to try to sell us your own IT services?
